HOW TO OVERCOME YOUR FEAR AND BECOME A BADASS

The difference between a badass and a normal person is:

Cause we know, that we can only grow, when we do stuff out of our comfort Zone, cause we know, nothing changes, when nothing changes and you feel so much better, when you done sth. you have been scared off before! Overcome your fear is on of the beautiful things in life, that we celebrate. Here is a step by step Manual on how to overcome your fears and become a badass!

1. IDENTIFY YOUR FEARS

Maybe you wanna sit down and do a little meditation, before you start writing down your fears, Maybe you wanna light a candle or you want to switch off your phone and listen deeply inside yourself. Then you can take your favorite Journal or just a piece of paper and start writing down your biggest fears. Let´s start with the biggest and go down to the smallest fears. Give them a name! Maybe there will be written:

My biggest fears:

1. Fear of failure….

2. Fear of not maniging my time..

….

2. WRITE DOWN THE ORIGIN OF YOUR FEAR

Okay so now we gonna write down the origin of your fears. Where does it come from? Is it, cause your parents told you, you cannot achieve your dreams or you are not good enogh? Where did this beliefe come from?

3. DO THIS PEOPLE THAT ARE TALKING IN YOUR HEAD ARE REALLY RIGHT??

Maybe this people where just afraid, when you were a kid, Maybe they just wanted”the best for you”, whhile not knowing what is the best for you. Maybe they wanted to protect you of failing or falling “deep” and you would be disappointed and they thought you could not handle it. Truth is: REAL BADASSES ARE FAILING, but they are getting up fast again!

4. START LISTENING TO YOUR THOUGHTS ON A DAILY BASIS AND IDENTIFY THOSE THOUGHTS THAT ARE SUPPORTING YOUR FEAR

Wrtie down everytime you have a doubt or a thought, that is supporting your fear and actively listen to your thoughts. Like this you will become a feeling of how much your thoughts are unconciously involved in the process. Think about how this fears affected your life. How this fearful thoughts held you back in the past and what you missed cause of it.

FEAR IS A LIAR!

5. REALISE THAT YOU HAVE A CHOICE

Realise, that you can choose, you have maybe some records, that are unconciously recorded in your past, but that doesnt mean you cannot change it! You are able to choose to get stuck in fear of sth that not even happend yet, maybe not even ever gonna happen and only excist in your mind, or if you choose to trust the universe and yourself and go for it!

6. MOSTLY NOTHING OF WHAT YOU ARE SCARED OF WILL EVER GONNA HAPPEN

Here we go again! Mostyl nothing of what you fear will ever gonna happen! It is mostly just in your mind.

7. WRITE DOWN HOW IT COULD COME OUT, IF YOU DONT LET YOURSELF STOP BY YOUR FEAR

Just journal all the beautiful outcome, that you will have, if you dont let your dream be ruined by your fear and write down, what you will experience and how it will feel, when you achieve your goals and forget about your fears. Let yourself be inspired by your own dream and forget about your selfmade fear.

8. DO IT ANYWAYS

Just choose the straight forward method and just do it anyways! You will see, there was nothing to fear about, once it´s done. New challenges are waiting always.

8. DONT WAIT TOO LONG UNTIL YOUR MIND IS PARALIZED

Never wait too long and think too much until your mind (and maybe even aour Body) starts to be paralised. The worst that you can do is freeze in a Situation, cause you cannot choose between 2 options. Go with the flow and listen to your inner voice (not your gut feeling or your head). Channeling your inner voice is an interesting way to find out, what is good for you.

9. USE THE MAGIC OF MANIFESTING

You can choose the magic of manifsting and trust the universe to help you with your desire. Just take every day some minutes to visualise your goals. You will be more motivated afterwards achieving your goals, instead of focusing on the negative.
