INGREDIENTS for one cup

  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1 sliced turmeric (or 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder)
  • 1 oz sliced ginger (30-40 g)
  • hot water
  • a dab of raw honey (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Squeeze 1/4 of a lemon into a mug
  2. Add the slized turmeric and ginger
  3. Add the hotwater
  4. Stir well
  5. Add honey to taste
  6. Enjoy it
