30 WAYS HOW TO MAKE YOUR DAY FREAKIN´RAD

1. HAVE A MORNING ROUTINE

Having a morning routine let´s you more relaxed and focused start your day! Great morning routines can be: Doing some stretching or morning Yoga, a little meditation directly after waking up, morning affirmations to start the day, healthy breakfast and scheduling your day. Here you can read about my 10 yogic morning routines to start into a beautiful day!

2. HAVING A GOOD DAY MEANS ALSO HAVING A GOOD NIGHT

Go to bed early and have a good night routine, this can be having a skin care routine, gratitude journaling, using positive affirmations or sleep meditations. Good night routines let you wake up refreshed and recharged in the morning, starting more positive into the day. Read here about my 9 easy wasy for a good sleep!

3. MAKE YOUR TO DO LIST MORE EFFICIENT

Yes, also on a freakin rad days we are working, but minimise your to do list to the essential down. Find a way to work more efficient and to have less on your list! If your list is too long, so that it will overwhelm you and distract you to do other things, just pick the most important things to do that you do in one day! All the rest will be on the To do list of the other days. This will make the basement for your freakn rad day as an entrepreneur.

4. TAKE BREAKS

I love to work in blocks, i put an alarm and after 50 minutes my working block shifts to 10 minutes break, then 50 minutes work and so on! This freedom of scheduling my own time as an entrepreneur is awesome! My experience showed me, that working with a plan and schedule is much more efficient. Try it! And letme know in the comments!

5. CONNECT WITH YOUR FRIENDS

Dont forget you are are a human beeing! And we love spending time with other human beings! Before a e-course launch or cause we are really working focused on our new goals, sometimes we forget, that we need the TLC of others and they need it from us too! Socialice, to have a freakn rad day!

6. WRITE A LOVE LETTER TO YOURSELF

Sounds strange, but will make you smile and feel gratitude for yourself. Also you can discover some of your best qualities. You can write what you love about yourself and that you also love yourself, even you did not acomplished this or that (yet). You can encourage yourself, that you are able to do what you wanna do and write about your fears. And you will see and feel, that it is less important, cause you love yourself! <3 Write your loveletter as an email to yourself, or handwritten on your pager or in your Journal.

7. HAVE YOUR FAVORITE MEAL (OR TWO)

As a foodie, for me really good food is absolutely essential and so important to have at least once a day a really yummy meal. You can order your favorite food from your beloved restaurant or get inspired by amazing cooking blogs like: Oh she glows and try new recipes by yourself.

8. GO TO THE OCEAN, LAKE, SWIMMING POOL OR BATHTUBE

As we contain 75% water, as essential it is for us to be surrounded by water! If you are not nearby the ocean, lake or swimming pool, buy a bubble foam bath and take a relaxing dip! Also drink lots of water. At least 1,5 Liter a day to stay hydrated, your brain and your skin will thank you!

9. DO SOMETHING THAT SCARES YOU

Also this is containing a really freakn awesome and rad day! So that you can grow over your fears and do better, that you did before! And we dont grow, when we dont dare to do new things, that really scare us! In the end of the day you will be happy, that you overcame your fears and acomplished, what you wished to do!

10. CHEAT ON YOUR DIET

Yes, we all have healthy eating routines, but what are they, if we dont braek them! 😀 Allow yourself to once in a while cheat on your healthy diet! And on a freakn rad day of course too!

11. RELAX

Om, Shanti, Shanti! We all need to relax in between and after busy entrepreneur days! You can do some Yin Yoga, a nice guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, take a walk in nature, take a bath or just watch your favorite show to relax and feel aweome.

12. BE PRESENT

Nothing makes us more happy, than living in the present! No if´s , no shoulds, just Be! Helping you to stay in the present can teach you books from Eckhard Tolle, like THE POWER OF NOW! One of my absolute favorite books!

13. DO YOGA, GO FOR A WALK, GO TO THE GYM OR DO SOME KIND OF SPORT

Sweat and move! Will make you fell 100% better than before! Garanteed!

14. MAKE YOUR DAY A BEAUTY DAY

Tryed out the newest beauty routines? Get inspired, read a beauty blog, order some beauty products and get your hands, masks and cremes on! 😀 This relaxes you and makes you feel, like you are beautiful and worthy.

15. CALL YOUR MUM, FAMILY OR YOUR BEST FRIEND

or just snap a selfie and send it to them just to show them that you love them and you’re doing well. Surround yourself with the community that supports you and encourages you!

16. SEND A “THANK YOU” LETTER TO SOMEONE

Can be anyone that you think of! This is gonna let you smile and makes the day of the reciever!

17. MAKE A PLAN!

Having goals is awesome! Making plans even more! It means you are one little step closer to achieving your goal and you have kind of a roadmap to success! You can use online tools for making your plan or using your favorite journal!

18. SHARE THE LOVE ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Got inspired? Wanna share the love? Then go on social media and share your inspiration and your good mood. Here is how to inspire and share positivity on social media. This will create you a freakn awesome rad day!

19. APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE

Gratitude is the direct gateweay to happiness! When we appriciate what we have in life, we will get more of it!

20. USE POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS

This can be motivational quotes or sentences, that you repeat to yourself throughout the day to motiviate and inspire yourself.

21. CLEAR OUT YOUR EMAIL INBOX

Make you feel good and lets you finish your important tascs, clean out the junk and nothing feels better than a email Inbox with no un-read messages!

22. TURN ON THE MUSIC ON

You can use spitfy, youtube or iTunes to beat your way to a freakn rad day! Put on your favorite song and see what happens!

23. LISTEN TO SOME MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKS

One of my favorite things to do in the evening and definitely one thing that belongs for me to a freakn rad day!

24. DONATE TO SOMEONE

Donating feels good to others and to yourself, it makes your house left organized and others happy. And what goes around, comes around!

25. HANDCRAFT

As a fashiondesigner I love sewing, trying new handmade techniques and crafting! It makes your hands busy and mind still! Perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. Also plus, when you finish the piece, you can wear it or hang it on your wall!

26. PLAN NEW ADVENTURES

What makes more happy, then dream about our new adventure, our new soul journey, the next backpack tour, the next yoga retreat or thenext beach Holiday? “When you dream it, you can do it!” – that´s what Walter Disney said and it´s so true! Just get informed about your next destination on your bucket ist and plan your adventure! Get inspired, creat a moodbord, a vacay plan and book some tickets!

27. BLOG ABOUT YOUR PAST ADVENTURES

And when your last adventure is just over, blog about it! It revive in your memory and on your blog post! Bootst s your good energy and of others that will read it!

28. DO YOUR FAVORITE HOBBY

or pick up a new one? Love beer or kombucha? Start home-brewing. Scrapbook, musical instrument, get a sewing machine and start do your own clothes, grow your own herbs or plants, make your own jewelery, jams or your own terrarium. Go surfing, camping, urban exploring, hiking or trace your family tree. Try acro yoga, volunteer, help older folks, join a book club or try origami. The list is loooooong! You get the idea!

29. CLEAN OUT YOUR SPACE

Bring in some new Chi into your rooms and take out the old stuff, that you dont use anymore! You can present them to someone you know or you can donate them to donation shops, so the stuff will have a second life! The energy moves better in houses that are not cluttered with unused stuff around. Go and clean out your space and feel new energy moving!

30. ENJOY THE SUNSHINE

My favorite thing to do: Enjoying the sunshine. Of course next to the sea, but if not available at the moment, anywhere else! Just let the positive vibes beams shine on your skin and head and make you feel happy!
